I´m getting excited!

I can hardly wait for the weekend.
Sure, that´s probably what most people say when they´re starting work on a Monday morning, but this is different.
It´s my sisters wedding on Saturday and I´m beyond psyched!
My one and only sister. My LITTLE sister (okay, she´s taller than me, but hey, she´s younger).
We had lots of fun at her hens party already of which I won´t post too many pictures yet because of a surprise planned.
But here are a few:

Little Finn

This past week I was at a friends house to take pictures of her 3-month-old ridiculously cute little boy Finn!
He was smiling the whole time, giggling about little things and cooing away. Extremely handsome, I must say!

But before I will show you the pictures of HIM, I will show you the pics of his mommy when she was pregnant with him. She is a gorgeous young woman, inside and out and it was such a pleasure to take her photos!

And then came Finn. Needless to say that everybody is in love with him, right?

Hi there!

Are you also enjoying the summer like I do? The sun, the flowers, the smell of a barbeque in the neighborhood, kids playing outside until late at night?
Ice cubes clinking in my glas while a soft breeze goes through my hair.
I love these special things related to long, hot summer days (and nights).
I also love that these long days kinda seem like we have more time on our hands, which always comes in handy, I think.
I´m sorry I haven´t posted anything on this blog the past month. I am still uploading all my pictures on my facebook page (www.facebook.com/ayobaphotography) and am kind of wondering if this blog is really necessary. I guess it would be nice to have a place where I can not just post my pictures but also share about my life, my dreams and my thoughts.
Right now my life is rather busy with two small children and my sisters wedding coming up (next Saturday, whohooo! Stay tuned for those pictures!) not to mention my photography business and the stuff around the house that still has to be done (we built a house last year which you can read HERE or HERE, if you understand German).
But I can´t complain! It´s all exciting and I can´t wait what this year still has in store for me and us!

Lots of love, Chrissy
